Our policy lasts 8 days. If 8 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Damaged or tampered items will not be refunded or exchanged. Return postage must be paid by the person returning the item and is not covered by Shopcope.com.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please send your purchase back to the Shopcope.com. Contact us at help@Shopcope.com and we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
We will not refund a product under the following conditions:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 08 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, easy paisa, jazz cash or original method of payment, within 5-10 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Alternatively, we can arrange return shipping for you and deduct that cost from the amount refunded.
If you are shipping an item over $15, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
It should be noted that not all products will be exactly as they appear on our online store since mobile case are manufactured from different companies, they may have different shapes and color profiles that vary from mobile accessories to mobile accessories. Refunds will not be accepted for cases in which you (the buyer) believe that the mobile case does not appear exactly like it is in the photos. At Shopcope.com, we can only guarantee that the mobile case will fall within the correct designs it is meant to.
In case you received your mobile case with a damaged part, front or back, we will replace that mobile case free of charge..
